The wheel is often regarded as the oldest and most important invention of mankind, so much so that we often compare it to the use of fire. In fact, humans have been taming fire for more than 1.5 million years, and only 6,000 years since they started using wheels.
It is impossible for humans to have wheeled vehicles until they have mastered sharp and sturdy tools. It is difficult to machine wood into a proper cylindrical shape with stone tools, let alone a wheel with spokes. Therefore, the appearance of the wheel can only be a matter after the Bronze Age.
The famous American anthropologist Robert Lowe once asserted: All the peoples who use wheelchairs learned directly and indirectly from Babylon. The Indians in the Americas knew how to tug a boat on a log, use a spinning wheel, and play with a hoop, but they never thought of the meaning of driving on a wheel.

The cart-shaped jar found in Bronocice, Poland, is located before 4725 BC, but seven carbon-14 dates of the formation tend to be 4610-4440 BC. The earliest evidence of wheeled transport in the Near East was found by American archaeologist Baldia at the late Uruk site in Syria. A model with wheels and a mural of a "van" were unearthed there. These things were left by the ancestors 6400-6500 years ago.
Therefore, wheeled vehicles are likely to have appeared in Europe and then spread to the Near East, or were re-invented by the Orientals.
